Chick Peas Salad

This is one of my favorite salad. I just make it whenever I feel like having something healthy. Its tasty and nutritious.

Ingredients:
One can ready to eat chick peas ( I used California garden)
One capsicum chopped
One cucumber chopped
One tomato chopped
Few coriander leaves
1/2 tsp pepper powder
One lemon
Salt as per taste

Method:
In a bowl put in washed and drained chick peas from can.Next add in all chopped veggies and coriander leaves. Add in salt and pepper powder. Squeeze in lemon juice. Give a good stir mixing it all up. Its ready to serve. Enjoy !!!

Tip:
You can use any vegetable of your choice  (cabbage, onion, lettuce, carrots). Its simple and tasty.
