Chicken spring Roll

INGREDIENTS:
Spring roll sheets(I used switz)
1 chicken breast minced
1 cup chopped veggies (capsicum,carrot,cabbage,beans)
1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
1 tsp green chilly paste
1 tsp pepper powder
Salt as per taste
Oil
METHOD :
1. Filling :
In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil. Add in ginger garlic paste and green chilly paste sauté for few seconds. Next add in chicken mince. Sauté for 5 minutes. Once you feel it's cooked add in all veggies. Give a good stir add in salt and pepper and toss all well for few more seconds. Check for seasoning and switch off. Your filling is ready
2. Preparing spring roll:
Take the spring roll sheet. Keep one of the corners in your side and put 1 tbsp filling and roll over. Then fold in the ends and roll over again. At the end seal the edge with white wash(1 tbsp flour mixed with water to paste). Same way prepare all spring rolls.
Heat enough oil in kadai to fry the spring roll. Fry the spring rolls in medium heat until brown and crisp. Drain it over paper towel. Serve with ketchup
