Plum Jelly Custard

INGREDIENTS:
Strawberry jelly crystals powder 6 tbsp
2 cups milk
4 tbsp custard powder
4 tbsp sugar
3 plums chopped
1 plum sliced for garnish
420 ml hot boiling water

Method:
In a bowl put the jelly crystal powder and pour hot water over it. Stir until dissolve keep it to cool.
Boil milk. Reserve half cup. To the reserved milk mix the custard powder. Once the milk has boiled add in sugar and stir well. Then add in the custard milk mixture slowly without getting any lump to form. Once it thickens switch off. Let it cool.

Now in individual serving glass pour in the jelly solution. And refrigerate for an hour. After an hour add in the chopped plums to eat. Refrigerate again for half an hour. The jelly would be set. Now its time to layer the custard over it. Pour the prepared custard over it slowly. And refrigerate for an hour. Once it's completely set. Garnish with plum slices and enjoy.
