This is a very simple chutney or salad which I usually serve with any rice meal. Its simple yet tasty.
Ingredients:
1 big onion
1 small green chilly
1 lemon
A pinch of red chilly powder
Few coriander leaves
Salt to taste

Method:
Peel and wash the onion. Super thinly slice it and put it in a bowl. Add thinly sliced green chilly, chilly powder, chopped coriander leaves, a pinch of salt into it. Mix all. Then add freshly squeezed lemon juice. And give a good mix with hand preferably or else spoon is also fine. Your chutney is ready. Serve this any meal u like. Yum yum :-)
