Mujj Chetin (Radish Chutney)

There are many versions of mujj chetin. This is one among them. Radishes are very good for health and have a cooling effect on stomach. One of the best chutneys to have in summer.

Ingredients:
Small red radish one bunch
1/2 bunch mint leaves
1/4 bunch coriander leaves
1 spicy green chilly
1 cup yogurt
Salt

Method:
Wash and clean radishes. They might have mud so wash them properly and scrap off roots if found any on its skin once done chop them up. In a blender add in chopped radishes, mint leaves, coriander leaves and green chilly. Give a good pulse. You can add little water to aid the process. Then add in salt and give one or more pulse. In a bowl add in yogurt and whisk it and then add in all the contents of blender. Mix this all well. Mujj chetin is ready.
