Well we have been trying lately to indulge in healthy eating atleast when it comes to our dinner so fish is filling and guilt free option.
Today we had fish Tikka and alongside I served a quick stir fry of broccoli and carrots. It's so filing and yumm.
Fish Tikka
Ingredients:
500 grams boneless fish
1 tsp garlic paste
1tsp paprika / Kashmiri red chilly powder
1/2 tsp pepper
500 grams boneless fish

1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp carom seeds / ajwain
Salt as per taste

Method:
1.Cut fish into cubes and keep it ready
2. In a mixing bowl add in all spices and garlic paste and salt mix well.
3. Add in fish cubes and coat them well with spice mixture evenly.
4. Let it rest in counter top for 30minutes.
6. Heat grill pan brush some butter and place the fish cubes.
7. Grill for 10 minutes on each side.
8. Just before serving squeeze out some line juice all over.
9. Serve

Broccoli and carrot stir fry
In a wok add litte olive oil. Add broccoli and carrot quickly stir fry on high flame and stop when broccoli leaves out smoky flavour. Sprinkle some salt and pepper and serve.
