Grilled chicken sandwich

There isn't much variation in Kashmir breakfast. People love to eat Roti with chai which is the staple breakfast. But I love to keep breakfast different. So I make sandwiches. I make them different every time. Chicken sandwich is one of favorites.
Ingredients:
One chicken breast
One garlic pearl
1/2 tsp pepper powder
A pinch of salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 small capsicum chopped
4 brown bread slices
Method:
Boil chicken breast in 2 cups of water in a vessel and add in pepper powder, salt and garlic. Boil until chicken breast is cooked. Now take out the chicken breast chop it up and put in bowl. Next add in chopped capsicum. And then followed by mayonnaise. Mix all this well with a spoon. Your filling is ready. Now spread this filling on bread slice and top it over with another bread slice. Do the same with other bread slices too then grill the sandwiches over hot grill plate or pan. Slice them into half and serve hot.
Tip:
You can add in some chopped green chilly to make it spicy. These sandwiches can be taken for picnic snacks too
