Tandoori murgh ( oil free version)

I always try to make one meal of the day healthier side. So today I am sharing is a oil free tandoori chicken which you can also try for an healthier diet and not compromising your taste buds.

Ingredients:
3 boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp curd
1tbsp ginger and garlic paste
1 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1tsp crushed dry fenugreek leaves
Juice of one lemon
Salt to taste

Method:
Wash and pat dry chicken breasts and put them in a bowl. Add in all ingredients one by one and mix it well with the chicken breasts. Let it marinate in fridge for 2 hours or minimum one hour. Preheat oven at 400°c and line the baking tray with aluminum foil. Pick each chicken breast and place it over the foil leaving space between the pieces. Grill/broil them in oven for 20minutes each side until brown. Serve with onion chutney, green chilly and lemon halved.

Note:
The time of cooking depends upon the oven you are using hence keep checking now and then during the whole cooking process.
