Tarbooj sharbat


Tarbooj sharbat:

Watermelons are so refreshing and cooling and one of the best fruits to have in summers. This sharbat is cool and refreshing and quenches your thirst after long day of fasting.
Ingredients:
1kg watermelon cut into slices
15 mint leaves
2 tsp sugar
1 lime

Water

Method:
In a blender add in watermelon slices and little water and blend it. Next add in mint leaves blend it well. Next add in 2 tsp of sugar give a good pulse. Once it's done strain it and transfer it into a jug. Squeeze in lime juice , give a good stir and refrigerate until chill. Serve in individual glasses. Enjoy !!!

Tip:
You can use rose petal water instead mint leaves for change.
