INGREDIENTS:
500 grams chicken boneless
3 tbsp red chilly powder
1tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp thick curd
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp pepper powder
Salt to taste

METHOD:
In a bowl add in chicken and add in all ingredients one by one except oil. Mix everything well. The masala should nicely coat the chicken. Marinate the chicken for half an hour. In a non stick pan add 5 tbsp oil add in marinated chicken. Fry for high for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Then close with a lid and keep it on simmer. After 10 minutes open the lid and mix well. Now keep flame on high and dry up all the water. Once the chicken is cooked and browned switch off. Serve with some onion rings and lemon vedges. Yumm

You can reduce the red chilly powder for milder version.
