Kashmiri Palak ||Kashmiri Spinach Curry

Palak / spinach leaves are so nutritious and super tasty. I have shared palak with chicken earlier today it's just simple veg version with few ingredients. Trust me you will love this one too.
Ingredients:
4 bunches palak/ spinach leaves
4 cloves of garlic
2 cloves
3 green chillies
1tsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Clean and wash spinach well in many changes of water to discard all dirt.
2. Keep leaves uncut and remove this stalks.
3. In a pan add few tbsp oil. Once hot add in spinach leaves.
4. Slowly stir in all leaves.
5. Once leaves start to cook it will release lot of water. Add all spices and garlic and green chilly and salt.
6. Stir well and incorporate all spices well and add half a cup of water and let it boil.
7. Dont cover with lid. We dont want to overcook it.
8. Have a quick taste of palak. If its tender then it's ready to serve.
9. Serve with roti or hot steaming rice.
