Gulabi Sharbat

Gulabi Sharbat
This sharbat is kind of favourites at iftar parties or any gatherings as it's very appealing to look and tastes yummy too.
Make this in iftar and quench your long days thirst.

Ingredients:
1 litre water
1/2  litre full cream milk
4 tbsp sabja seeds / basil seeds
4 tbsp rooh hafza/ rose syrup
A handful pistas silvered

Method :
1.In a jar add in one cup of water and soak sabza seeds for half an hour.
2. After half an hour the sabza seeds would have puffed up add cool milk into this.
3. Add the rooh hafza/ rose syrup and mix generously until dissolve.
4. Add water and stir well.
5. Serve in individual glasses and sprinkle some silvered pista.
6. Serve chilled.
