Dry Fruits Milkshake




Ramadan is the time I use the dry fruits excessively in my dishes to increase the protein content and also as they are loaded with nutrients which are so important for your health.

So this milkshake is very easy to put up and my kids love it too.

Based on your like you can either serve it hot or cold.

Ingredients:
1 tbsp peeled almonds 
1 tbsp cashew nuts 
1 tbsp unsalted pistachios 
2 dates stoned 
1/2 tsp cardamom powder 
2 cups cold or hot milk 
Sugar as per taste 
Method :
1. Soak dry fruits in warm water for 15 minutes.
2. Then drain them and add in grinder. Grind to smooth paste.
3. Take the dry fruit paste in a blender add warm or cold milk and blend until completely dissolved. Add sugar as per your taste and blend again.
4. Serve in individual glasses and sprinkle some nuts over top.
5. Serve
