Instant Kashmiri Onion and Mint chutney || Gande te Pudina Chetin



Mostly I prefer using mortar and pestle for making chutneys but sometimes when I feel lazy I grab my chopper. Throw all the ingredients and the chutney is ready.

Ingredients :
3 onions Quartered 
3 green chillies 
3 tbsp mint leaves 
1 tsp red chilli powder 
Salt to taste.

Method:
In a chopper add all the above ingredients and pulse it until you reach a coarse texture. Check for seasoning and serve.

Goes well with hot steamy rice.

Disclaimer- Its spicy. Reduce the heat as per your preference.

Can squeeze in a lime for the zing.
