Chicken Seekh Kabab

Today's dinner plan was something else but hubby dear demanded for grilled food. So made these chicken seekh kababs. Very simple ingredients and superb taste.

Ingredients:
500grams boneless chicken breasts
1tbsp ginger &garlic paste
1tbsp red chilly powder
1tsp cumin powder
1tsp coriander seed powder
1tsp green cardamom seeds powder
Salt as per taste
Oil

Method:
Wash chicken breasts and pat them dry. Chop them up into small pieces and mince into paste in a food processor and transfer it into a bowl. Add in ginger garlic paste and rub it well with mince. Next add in all spices and salt. Using your hand mix all well uniformly. Now wet your palms and make equal size balls. Once all done. Its time to shape them up in a skewer. With help of your palm press the meat ball to form a tubular structure on the skewer. Do this with all meat balls and keep it ready. Heat grill plate and grill them until brown basking them with oil now and then. Kabab is ready. Serve them hot with onion rings and lemon wedges. Enjoy !!!

Note:
Green cardamom seeds powder:
In a mortar and pestle add in 4 green cardamoms pound it well and discard the outer skin while pounding. Keep on pounding until the seeds are powdered. Fresh green cardamom seed powder is ready to use. Always prepare this freshly as it gives good aroma into the kababs.
