Talit Mujj ( Stir Fry Radish)

Basically I love radishes. Let it be in gravies or salads or chutneys I just love them. This recipe is very simple and it's one of the dishes which needs minimal ingredients and is ready in minutes. My grandma used to love this. May Allah bless her Jannatul Firdose.

INGREDIENT:
3 fresh Radishes
2 green chillies
1 tbsp red chilly powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil

METHOD:
Scrap off radishes , wash and grate them using grater. Chop chillies. In a pan heat oil. Add in grated radishes. Stir Fry them for few minutes. The radishes will ooze out lot of water its time to add green chilly and salt and red chilly powder. Mix well. Continue frying on high flame until its all moisture is dried up. Oil will start separating on corners. Stir fry until you will smoky flavour released. Switch off and serve with hot steaming rice. Enjoy
