An easy egg fry or curry in Kashmiri style. Zombhoor thool means boiled egg. So in this dish we will cook eggs in two stages. One is boiling them and them frying them. It's an easy recipe to go as side dish.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 garlic cloves
2 grenn chillies
1 tsp red chilly powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
Salt
Oil 4 tbsp

Method:
1..Boil eggs for 10 minutes and peel and keep ready.
2. In a wok add oil and let it heat up.
3. Add in eggs one by one slowly and fry till golden.
4. In same oil add half a cup water add all spices and salt, garlic and green chilli fry in high flame until oil separates.
5. Add other half cup water and simmer until very less water remaining.
6. Serve hot.
