Bakery Style Egg puffs
So I love puff pastries and being away from home place makes me really crave for local bakery items.
This one is the very famous southern Indian style egg puffs. I have used store bought pastry dough.

For the filling
4 hard boiled eggs
2 large onions chopped
2 green chillies chopped
4 to 5 curry leaves chopped
1 tsp chilly powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp fennel seed powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
Salt as per taste
Coriander leaves
6 square pastry sheets.

6 square pastry sheets.
Method:
1. Thaw the pastry sheets.
2. Heat a pan, add little oil. Throw in onions and chopped curry leaves. Saute until soft.
3. Add in chillies and spice powders and salt.
4. Stir well on low flame mixing well. Switch off and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
6. Roll pastry sheet a little using rolling pin. Fill in 1 tbsp prepared onion mixture. Place one half egg on it and close the pastry sheet. With help of folk seal the edges.
7. Do same with rest and egg wash and bake the puff at 200*c for 20 minutes.
Serve with ketchup
