Kashmiri Gosht Korma

A very easy and no fuss korma which is perfect to go with some warm paratha or pulkhas.
Make it in a pot or pressure cooker tastes equally devine.
Ingredients:
700 grams lamb
8 cloves garlic
2 onions chopped
1 cinnamon stick
2 black cardamom
2 cloves
3 green cardamom
2 tbsp red chilly powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp fennel seed powder
1 tsp cumin powder
Salt as per Taste
Gheel/oil for frying.

Method:
1. Heat a pot. Add 2 tbsp ghee and 3 tbsp oil and let it heat up.
2. To it add onions, all whole spices and meat and garlic.
3. Saute on high flame for 5 minutes and then close lid and simmer and stir occasionally.( 15 minutes or more)
4. Open the lid add salt and stir well.
5. In a bowl whisk curd and add all spices to it and mix well.
6. Add the yogurt spice mixture to the cooking meat and stir well.
7. Keep stirring for a while until you see oil has started to leave on sides. Add 2 cups water and simmer until meat is tender.
8. Serve warm with any choice of bread
