Lamb seekh kebab

I have a never ending love for bbq's and everytime I keep experimenting with the ingredients. Got a very nice lamb mince from market and came up with this yummy recipe.
Ingredients:
500 grams fine lamb mince
1tsp garlic paste
1tsp redchilly powder
1/2tsp garam masala powder
1/4 tsp fennel seed powder
1/2 tsp red chilly flakes
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp chopped mint leaves
1 onion chopped finely
Salt to taste
Butter
One egg
Method:
1. Add mince in a bowl , add in all spices and coriander leaves and pudina leaves and chopped onion and salt and garlic paste.
2. Mix all well until everything is smooth.
3. Keep the mince marinated In fridge to chill for 2 hours.
4. Take out the mince from fridge. Add one beaten egg. Mix it well. It helps in binding.
5. Make equal big meat balls of the mince.
6. Take a skewer and shape the meat balls into kebabs with help of your hand. You can wet your hands a little to make it easy. Follow same with rest of the balls and place it in a plate.
6. Now keep it back into the fridge for 20 min for it to set.
7. Heat a grill pan. Add some butter and grill the kebabs on low flame until done.
8. Serve with some onions rings and lemon.
9. Enjoy
